At Miss Mary you always have 100 days during which you have the right to cancel a purchase and the right to return the goods. In the case of replacement or return, send the goods in the same condition that they arrived. Always complete the enclosed return slip. The goods can be returned in the same bag in which they were delivered. Do not forget to pay the postage. If you wish to cancel your purchase or if you wish to make a change, you are responsible for the return freight. The right to return goods or replace goods naturally does not apply if the goods have been used.
If the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly, we are responsible for the cost of the return freight. In that case contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions. If you have any questions about your return, you can contact our

In the case of a return, we will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by us.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We are grateful for your help in pointing out any faults in the goods. If you have any comments regarding the goods that are delivered and if you wish to make a claim, please return the goods to us as soon as possible. If the claim refers to goods that have been used, please contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions. Claims for used, unwashed garments will not be processed.
